Fee estimates
Figures produced by the fee calculator are budgeting estimates only. Final pricing and turnaround are confirmed in a written engagement based on complexity, location, and assignment conditions.
Engagement and scope
Each assignment is governed by a separate engagement letter identifying the client, intended user, intended use, and effective date. Reports may not be relied upon by anyone other than the identified intended users.
Professional standards
All assignments are performed in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and Florida appraisal licensing law.
Payment
Fees are generally due prior to report delivery. Cancellations after an inspection has been performed may be subject to a trip charge.
